Chief of Staff to CEO

Location:

Greater Noida (Work from Office)

Work Schedule:

6 Days a Week
Reporting To:  CEO
CTC:
Up to ₹20L (all-inclusive)

Role Overview
Aoki Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO  to serve as the  strategic execution partner  to the CEO. This role sits at the heart of decision-making and execution, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into  structured plans, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes  across the organisation.
This is a  hands-on leadership role , ideal for a professional who combines strong business judgment, financial acumen, and operational rigor in a fast-growing electric mobility company.

Key Responsibilities
1. CEO Office & Strategic Execution
Act as an extension of the CEO's office and a force multiplier
Translate strategic discussions into action plans, KPIs, timelines, and ownership
Track execution of CEO-driven initiatives and ensure timely closure
Prepare board decks, leadership presentations, briefing notes, and decision memos
2. Business Planning & Performance Management
Support annual operating plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives
Monitor business performance across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and aftersales
Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with structured follow-ups
Maintain MIS, dashboards, and execution trackers
3. Process Improvement & Organisational Efficiency
Identify operational bottlenecks and execution gaps
Design and implement SOPs, governance structures, and scalable processes
Improve cross-functional coordination and execution discipline
Support organizational scaling with systems and process rigor
4. Financial & Commercial Support
Work closely with finance on budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, and cost controls
Support pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making
Track financial performance vs plan and flag risks/opportunities
Assist in investor, lender, and board interactions as required
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Coordination
Act as the bridge between the CEO and functional heads
Resolve execution issues across departments proactively
Coordinate with external stakeholders including OEM partners, suppliers, consultants, and advisors
6. Governance, Confidentiality & Trust
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Uphold governance, compliance, and professional standards
Represent the CEO's office with authority and maturity
Qualifications & Experience
MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA)  — mandatory
5–10 years of experience in  Chief of Staff / Founder's Office / Strategy / Consulting / Corporate Finance / Program Management  roles
Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers
Experience in startups, EV, automotive, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and structured reporting
