To lead and manage the end-to-end administration and office infrastructure operations including facility management, vendor strategy, asset management, cost control, supporting organizational efficiency and employee well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance & repair.
Implement Admin-related Policies, SOPs and compliance protocols.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with labour laws.
Plan and execute cost optimization measures.
Maintain and audit office assets, ensuring equipment uptime and availability.
Maintaining MIS reports, Asset management, maintenance of office equipment's.
Handle attendance, leave data, and third-party for blue-collar employees.
Act as the main point of contact for employees and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Develop and manage office operations budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control and do payments.
Support project planning for office renovation, shifting, and infrastructure upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA /
B.Tech in Electrical or Facility Management
Specific experience: Minimum 6-8 years in facility management and office operations
Overall experience: 7-10 Years
