Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic  Delivery Manager – VMS & SOW Delivery  to lead end-to-end VMS recruitment operations and SOW program execution for semiconductor and advanced technology clients.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder governance, operational excellence, and accountability for delivery performance across highly technical domains.

Key Responsibilities
VMS Delivery Management
The Delivery Manager will lead VMS-driven recruitment operations for enterprise semiconductor clients including Qualcomm and Samsung.
Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery within defined SLAs
Manage requisition allocation and team performance
Monitor key metrics: submittals, interviews, offer closures, and TAT
Ensure VMS compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
Handle client escalations and governance calls
Improve delivery quality and operational efficiency
SOW Program Ownership
Lead SOW intake discussions and define execution strategy
Convert SOW requirements into structured recruitment plans
Manage timelines, milestones, and fulfillment targets
Oversee recruiter allocation and resource optimization
Ensure margin alignment, billing compliance, and commercial performance
Provide regular stakeholder reporting and performance updates
Domain Coverage:
VLSI, Semiconductor, Wireless, Embedded, AI/ML, IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or talent delivery
Strong experience managing VMS-based recruitment programs
Proven exposure to SOW hiring models and project-based delivery
Experience handling semiconductor / VLSI enterprise accounts
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage high-volume, technically complex hiring
