Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in  Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses .
In the  Radiopharma business , the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company’s  Allergy Immunotherapy business  is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Jubilant through its  CDMO Sterile Injectables business  offers manufacturing services including sterile fill and finish injectables (both liquid and lyophilization), full-service ophthalmic offer (liquids, ointments & creams) and ampoules.
The  CRDMO business  of the Company includes the Drug Discovery Services business that provides contract research and development services through two world-class research centres in Bangalore and Noida in India and the CDMO-API business that is involved in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Jubilant Therapeutics is involved in  Proprietary Novel Drugs business  and is an innovative biopharmaceutical company developing breakthrough therapies in the area of oncology and autoimmune disorders.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Governance & Board Administration -  Board/Committee/Shareholder meetings/Postal Ballot and governance frameworks, Policies, ensure accurate documentation of Board records, resolutions, agenda, notices, minutes, Governance SOP’s and Checklist for various secretarial matters, documentation for meeting with Chairman and CXO’s.
Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Filings -  ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and subordinate Rules, supervise SEBI LODR compliance, disclosures, and filings for listed entities, supervise MCA statutory filings and liaise with SEBI, Stock exchanges, proxy advisors, MCA, Depositories, RTA, track regulatory updates (MCA, SEBI, RBI), proxy advisors and advise Board/management on matters referred by them.
Corporate Actions –  Provide support for corporate actions like Dividend, M&A, Joint-Ventures, business restructuring etc
Fund Raising  – Documentation for various fund-raising initiative either by way of Equity, Preference or Debt including NCD/Commercial Papers or redemption of Debentures etc.
ESOP Management  – Preparation of new ESOP policy, review of existing ESOP Plans, administer ESOP including exercise, vesting, transfer of shares, lock in etc. Preparation of various annual disclosures and regulatory filings pertaining to ESOP from time to time.
Digitization : lead automation projects (including usage of AI) to enhance functioning of company secretarial activities, Annual Report etc.
