1. Client Interaction & Communication
· Objective:
Manage client calls and ensure prompt communication.

Key Activities:
Handle client inquiries related to agreements and policies.
Provide legal updates, advice, and status reports on ongoing work.
Respond to client queries within stipulated time.
2. Drafting of Agreements & Policies
· Objective:
Prepare, review, and finalize various legal agreements and policies.
·
Key Activities:
Draft various agreements like NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies.
Ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
Review and finalize documents in a timely manner, coordinating with clients for approvals.
3. Reviewing & Vetting of Documents
· Objective:
Review and vet legal documents to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.

Key Activities:
Thoroughly review all legal documents, agreements, and policies drafted by junior staff or third parties.
Vet external agreements or contracts received from clients, partners, or third parties for legal risks and compliance issues.
Make recommendations and corrections to improve the quality and legality of the documents.
4. Work Delegation to Juniors
· Objective:
Effectively delegate tasks to junior lawyers and staff.
·
Key Activities:
Assign research, drafting, and administrative tasks to junior lawyers.
Provide clear instructions, guidance, and regular feedback on delegated tasks.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
5. Compliance with Legal Standards
· Objective:
Ensure all agreements and policies comply with legal regulations and firm standards.

Key Activities:
Regularly review legal updates and incorporate necessary changes into agreements.
Ensure all drafts meet both local and international legal requirements where applicable.
6. Time & Task Management
· Objective:
Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables.
·
Key Activities:
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Use task management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of agreements and policies.
