Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal & Compliance Manager, located in Noida. The Legal & Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing legal documents, managing compliance processes, and addressing legal and compliance-related matters. Key responsibilities also include developing compliance strategies and maintaining alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications
Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Legal Compliance

Experience with Compliance Management practices and procedures
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
Procificency in transaction documents desirable
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Company Secretary wiht Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (mandatory); advanced law certifications will be preferred
Prior experience working in a similar role within a corporate or financial institution is advantageous
