Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Define program roadmap, milestones, governance model, and delivery framework
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Manage dependencies across multiple work streams and releases
Identify and mitigate project risks and manage escalations
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership
Drive executive communication, status reporting, and program updates
Align Salesforce solutions with business transformation goals
Manage expectations across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
Cross-Cloud Solution Oversight
Ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads
Maintain scalability, security, and compliance standards
Governance & Quality Assurance
Establish program governance frameworks
Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and program performance
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Resource & Cost Management
Manage resource allocation across projects
Monitor and control program costs and budgets
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, admins, and consultants
Foster collaboration across teams and global locations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of Salesforce project/program management experience
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing multi-workstream environments
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Experience Cloud Consultant
