We are looking to hire an experienced  Delivery Leader with strong product engineering and AI-enabled delivery expertise . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact engineering and  AI-driven digital transformation projects  that align with clients' strategic goals.
The person will oversee  project management, client engagement, team leadership, delivery excellence, and the adoption of modern AI technologies  such as Generative AI, automation, and data-driven engineering practices to improve product delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:
Lead and manage the delivery of multiple engineering and  AI-enabled digital transformation projects , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery outcomes.

Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Engage with stakeholders to review engagement health, discuss  AI-driven innovation opportunities , identify growth areas, and address concerns.

Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams including  AI engineers, software engineers, data engineers, and product specialists , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to align project delivery with  product roadmaps, AI initiatives, and digital transformation strategies .

AI & Innovation Enablement:
Drive adoption of  AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven development practices  to enhance engineering productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, and create business value.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement  AI-enabled delivery practices, automation tools, and engineering best practices  to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across engineering and  AI implementation initiatives  to ensure successful outcomes.

Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery efficiency, engineering productivity, and  AI adoption impact  to measure delivery success and drive continuous improvement.

Account Growth:
Support account expansion by identifying  AI, automation, and digital engineering opportunities  for upsell and cross-sell within existing engagements.
Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum  15+ years of experience in software development and engineering delivery
At least  7+ years in project/program delivery leadership roles  within technology or product engineering organizations

Technology Expertise:
Experience delivering projects involving  Java, .NET Core, Angular/React/Vue.js etc
Exposure to  microservices architecture and distributed systems

Experience with  cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding or exposure to  AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or AI-assisted engineering tools  is highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams including engineering, data, and AI teams.
Communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders.
