Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Operations to lead and optimize operational processes across our Enterprise business. The role demands a balance of process excellence, people leadership, technology orientation, and learner-centricity. The individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless program delivery, stakeholder management, process improvements, and scalable operational models to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations across program delivery, support services, and partner coordination.
Build scalable systems and processes to improve learner experience, educator effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Define and track operational KPIs (SLAs, turnaround times, Partner satisfaction, course completion rates).
Ensure compliance with quality, academic, and regulatory standards.

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional operations teams (program coordination, support).
Work closely with product, tech, sales, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of Corporate programs.
Act as the operational bridge between internal teams, and external partners.

3. Process Excellence & Innovation

Identify bottlenecks and drive process re-engineering using data-driven insights.
Champion automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow digitization for higher productivity.
Drive continuous improvement through learner and faculty feedback loops.

4. Business & Strategy Alignment

Collaborate with leadership to align operations with organizational goals and growth plans.
Forecast and manage resource allocation (faculty, mentors, tech support) to meet learner demands.
Support cost optimization while enhancing service quality and learner outcomes.
