Agile Delivery and
Collaboration:
Coordinate and participate in Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.
Requirement Gathering And Documentation
Conduct workshops and meetings to understand and document requirements.
Create BRDs and FRDs.
Collaborate on user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
Product Ownership Support
Maintain product documentation.
Ensure clarity and traceability of requirements.
Manage user stories in Jira or similar tools.
Stakeholder Management
Validate requirements and translate objectives into deliverables.
Liaise between business, design, and development teams.
Propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and requirement management tools.
Experience in user story writing, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with SDLC, API integrations, and product lifecycle management is a plus.
