Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing US Staffing sales professional to drive aggressive revenue growth and help scale our US IT Staffing vertical.
This is a pure hunting + growth role with strong ownership toward new client acquisition, account mining, and vertical expansion.
If you have consistently closed direct clients, driven MSP/VMS business, and built multi-million-dollar pipelines — we want to connect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue & Growth
Acquire new direct clients across the US market.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle (Prospecting → Client Onboarding → Revenue Realization).
Build a consistent pipeline through cold outreach, Linked In, references, networking.
Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
US Market Expertise
Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, MSP & VMS models.
Strong network with Hiring Managers, Procurement, TA Leaders.
Knowledge of rate cards, bill rates, margins, and closing ratios.
Vertical Expansion
Contribute to building scalable sales processes.
Identify new industry verticals & growth opportunities.
Collaborate with recruitment leadership to improve delivery alignment.
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years in US IT Staffing Sales.
Proven track record of revenue generation.
Experience managing direct clients and/or MSP accounts.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation & closure ability.
Entrepreneurial mindset — not someone who waits for inbound leads.
