Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the UX/design team to deliver high-quality design outputs.
Define the overall UX strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
Drive design thinking across the organization, fostering a user-centered design culture.
Oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
Ensure consistent, intuitive, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
Establish and maintain a design system, UX guidelines, and best practices.
Advocate for users and ensure design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in UX/Product design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design leadership, user research, and interaction design.
Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups preferred.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 7 years of experience in UX or product design, with leadership exposure.
Experience building and managing high-performing design teams.
Strong user-centered mindset and ability to influence product decisions at senior levels.
