About the Role:

At IndiaIT
360, our Business Development Managers are the driving force behind our success. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and achieving ambitious sales targets. From identifying and developing new business opportunities to nurturing existing client relationships, you will be instrumental in positioning IndiaIT
360 as the preferred marketing partner for our ICT (IT & Communications Industry) customers (OEM/Startups).

· Identifying and securing new business with mid-to-large scale ICT OEMs.

· Developing and executing strategic account plans.

· Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

· Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.

· Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Essential Requirements:

· Working with IT event company or marketing/digital marketing agency servicing ICT companies as their customer with 4-6 years of experience with proven success in sales

· Techno-business orientation and ability to quickly understand technology and business offerings

· In-depth knowledge of the ICT industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.

· Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

· Good connections with Tech OEMs

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

MBA (Marketing)/ MBA(IT) or Engineering graduate (B. Tech
- Computers/IT) with relevant sales experience of 4-6 years
