Role Overview

The Product Manager will own end-to-end product lifecycle for higher education solutions—ensuring alignment between academic needs, regulatory frameworks, and scalable technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy for Higher Education

• Define product vision aligned with digital transformation in universities.

• Build solutions for admissions, examinations, evaluation, accreditation, and student lifecycle.

2. Deep User Understanding

• Engage with Vice-Chancellors, Controllers of Examination, Faculty, and Admin teams.

• Convert academic pain points into structured product features.

3. Roadmap & Execution

• Own product roadmap, prioritization, and release planning.

• Work closely with engineering, UX, and implementation teams.

• Balance configurability vs. standardization for diverse institutions.

4. Outcome-Driven Innovation

• Introduce automation, analytics, and AI-led decision tools.

• Focus on transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

5. Go-to-Market Enablement

• Support sales with product positioning and demos tailored to universities.

• Define measurable ROI narratives for institutional adoption.
