Role Description
Dynamic and performance-driven Lead Generation Executive with expertise in Linked In marketing and B2B outreach. Must have hands-on experience targeting the US IT market and generating high-quality leads through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Linked In marketing strategies targeting US decision-makers.

• Plan & optimize B2B IT lead generation campaigns.

• Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups.

• Manage multiple Linked In accounts for outreach.

• Coordinate with Sales for MQL handover.

• Track KPIs and improve ROI.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications
2+ years of Linked In lead generation experience.
Proven US market targeting experience (IT/B2B).
Understanding of IT services / SaaS domain.
Strong written communication & analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Linked In Sales Navigator / Apollo / CRM tools experience.

• Understanding of MQL/SQL funnel.

• Email outreach & cold calling knowledge.
