The Opportunity:

We are seeking a  highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist  to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for the Indian region. In this hands-on, strategic role, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue for our ERP, CRM and Data solutions. You will act as the crucial link between global strategy and local execution, ensuring our marketing delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:
Responsible for the development and execution of the India demand generation plan and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning programs to target industries, solutions, and buyer personas.
Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to inform regional and country planning.
Develop and execute a comprehensive program calendar aligned with regional and country goals, including digital content and enablement materials.
Campaign Execution & Management:
Build and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, webinars, content syndication, SEO, events) to create qualified pipeline for Sales.
Design and run always-on lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel, continuously improving conversion rates (MQL to SQL, SQL to opportunity).
Create, localize, and repurpose compelling digital content (emails, ad copy, social posts, sales decks) that speaks to regional buyer needs.
Grow and manage the India marketing database through targeted acquisition tactics while maintaining high data quality and compliance.
Sales Alignment & Enablement:
Partner closely with Sales and Inside Sales teams on campaign planning, lead routing, SLAs, and follow-up, establishing tight feedback loops on lead quality and pipeline impact.
Develop sales enablement materials and ensure the team is equipped to leverage marketing campaigns effectively.
Analysis, Reporting & Optimization:
Report on campaign and funnel performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and cost per lead.
Continuously analyze results to test, optimize, and enhance campaign conversion rates.
Qualifications &

Experience:

4–6 years of B2B digital marketing and demand generation experience, preferably within ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS/technology, with a proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue.
Demonstrated success in running measurable lead generation and nurturing programs with clear ROI and funnel metrics.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Good working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and their application in campaign planning.
Ability to create materials and manage campaigns using digital platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Canva, Freepik) is highly preferable.
Commercial, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
Experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with high ownership.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
