Information Technology Administrator

What You’ll Do:

This is a dual-focus role. You are the "go-to" person for both our technology stack and our operational needs.

1. IT Administration (The Digital Backbone)
SaaS Management:  Oversee the lifecycle of our software stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.). You’ll manage user provisioning, access controls, and license optimization.
Device Lifecycle:  Manage hardware procurement, security setup (MDM/Endpoint protection), and offboarding for a distributed team.
Security & Compliance:  Implement and monitor basic cybersecurity hygiene (2FA enforcement, password policies, phishing awareness).
Support:  Act as the internal helpdesk—you’re the person the team calls when the "screen won't share" or a password needs a reset.

2. Operations Administration (The Operational Floor)
Vendor Relations:  Manage relationships with service providers, SaaS vendors, and office-related suppliers.
Documentation:  Maintain clear, accessible wikis (using Notion/Confluence) for internal policies, IT onboarding guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Hybrid Office Ops:  Manage office logistics (if applicable) or support our remote-first collaboration events, ensuring our team has what they need to stay productive.
Compliance & Audit Support:  Help maintain the paperwork and digital trails required for our certifications and growth milestones.

What We’re Looking For
The "Tinkerer" Mindset:  You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should love figuring out  why  things aren't working.
Cloud Proficiency:  Deep familiarity with Google Workspace administration and modern SaaS tools.
Communication:  You explain complex technical issues to non-technical team members with patience and clarity.

Experience:

2–4 years of combined experience in IT Support or Office Management.
