We are seeking a commercially driven and brand-focused Website & E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee the designer website while driving online revenue growth. This role combines website management, digital merchandising, and direct ownership of website sales performance in line with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Maintenance
• Oversee day-to-day website operations (updates, uploads, troubleshooting).
• Ensure all product listings are accurate (pricing, sizing, descriptions, imagery).
• Manage homepage refreshes, collection launches, and seasonal edits.
• Maintain seamless UX across desktop and mobile.
2. Website Sales & Revenue Ownership
• Drive monthly and quarterly website sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and conversion metrics.
• Plan and execute revenue-driving strategies (exclusive drops, limited editions, online-only styles).
• Optimize product assortment based on demand trends and sales data.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Coordinate online trunk shows, virtual styling sessions, and digital exclusives.
3. Digital Merchandising & Brand Presentation
• Maintain strong luxury visual merchandising online.
• Curate homepage edits aligned with campaigns and events.
• Ensure strong product storytelling and high conversion imagery.
• Highlight bestsellers, new arrivals, and high-margin categories.
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
• Track website analytics (traffic, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate).
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to optimize paid campaigns for ROI.
• Ensure SEO best practices across product pages and collections.
• Analyze customer journey and improve checkout funnel.
5. Inventory & Operations Coordination
• Sync inventory in real time with warehouse/store teams.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid overselling.
• Coordinate with CRM team for abandoned cart recovery and retention campaigns.
Desired Profile
• 3–6 years' experience in luxury retail or fashion e-commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of achieving online sales targets.
• Experience with Shopify / Magento or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Commerce, etc.).
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
