We’re looking for a Linked In Growth & Executive Communications Manager to own and scale two high-impact surfaces:
Our Founder/CEO’s personal Linked In (thought leadership + strategic relationships)
Our Company Page (brand trust, community, and demand support)
This is not a typical social media role. It’s a hands-on growth and executive communications mandate with clear SLAs and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end Linked In strategy (CEO + Company Page)
Original, human-first writing (3 CEO posts/week baseline)
A clean, forward-planned editorial calendar
Structured, personalised relationship-building outreach (compliance-first)
Discoverability and credibility optimisation of the Company Page
Multi-format content (documents, visuals, short video designed for engagement)
Weekly analytics tracking and iteration
On-time publishing (schedule discipline is a core KPI)
What We’re Looking For
You can:
Capture an executive voice authentically
Turn insights into compelling, scroll-stopping posts
Build meaningful relationships (especially in sustainability and safety ecosystems)
Ship consistently without hand-holding
Operate with high discretion and executive-level integrity
