Role

Purpose:

Intellismith is building an AI-First Technology Business Line focused on AI products, automation platforms, enterprise implementations, IBM solutions, and intelligent workforce systems.
We are hiring a  Senior Technical Lead  who combines architecture, presales, product thinking, and hands-on engineering, acting as the technical bridge between Business, Customers, and Engineering teams.

Experience:

7+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development and system design.
CTC Bracket:
Competitive, aligned with industry standards

Qualification:

BE /

B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.

Location:

Noida (WFO - 5 days)
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days (candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Presales & Solution Consulting
Support enterprise sales discussions
Conduct technical discovery workshops
Prepare solution architecture, proposals & estimations

Engineering Leadership
Lead development teams (Python / Java / Node.js)
Perform code reviews & architecture governance
Ensure engineering best practices

Delivery & Project Execution
