Job Overview:
The Credgenics Implementation Project Manager leads the deployment of Credgenics' debt collections platform, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and client-satisfactory implementation. This role requires expertise in managing complex projects, adhering to Credgenics’ methodology, and maintaining strong product knowledge. The IPM also contributes to process improvements for faster deployments and enhanced client satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing :
Project Management & Implementation
Oversee multiple implementations, ensuring alignment with Credgenics' methodology.
Conduct gap analyses, gather client requirements, and define user stories.
Manage project documentation (FSD, CDD, training materials).
Perform functional testing and validate features before deployment.
Client Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and scope.
Deliver training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Risk & Quality Management
Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain high implementation quality and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Compliance
Work cross-functionally to deliver efficient solutions.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry standards.
What we are looking for:
Education:
Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience:
3 years in project management/SaaS implementations (fintech preferred).
Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
Certifications:
PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
