We are seeking an experienced  UiPath Developer  with strong expertise in  Document Understanding (DU)  to design and deliver high‑quality automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent workflows that leverage DU frameworks, OCR engines, and AI-based extraction models.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using  UiPath Studio  and  Document Understanding .
Build and train extraction models, classifiers, and validation workflows.
Analyze business processes and identify both RPA and intelligent automation opportunities.
Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and process owners to capture requirements.
Implement REFramework-based automations following UiPath best practices.
Integrate OCR engines (e.g.,  Tesseract, Omni Page, Google Vision , etc.) in DU pipelines.
Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, and technical documentation.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and production support for UiPath bots.
Work with Orchestrator to schedule, monitor, and manage workloads.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
4–10 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
MUST HAVE:
Strong experience with UiPath Document Understanding , including:
Data extraction
Classification
Validation station
Training/improving ML models
Proficiency in REFramework and UiPath best practices.

Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, queues, triggers, and selectors.
Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, SQL queries, and scripting (VB/C#).
UiPath  RPA Associate / Advanced Developer  certification (preferred).
