SPOG.AI Chandrayan Technologies Private Limited

Single Pane of Glass (SPOG) platform revolutionises IT management by integrating IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM) and cyber risk management into one cohesive system. This comprehensive solution provides a unified view of the entire IT ecosystem, enabling faster issue diagnosis and resolution, enhanced operational efficiency and robust security measures. By consolidating these critical functions into a single interface, the SPOG platform simplifies complex processes, reduces the need for multiple tools and empowers organisations to manage their IT infrastructure more effectively and securely.

Role

Summary:

The Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of risk, compliance, audit, and incident management modules, working closely with engineering, security, compliance, audit, operations, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This role focuses on designing and optimizing end-to-end incident management workflows, building robust risk management capabilities, and developing compliance and audit processes aligned with leading regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

The PM partners closely with Customer Success to understand customer pain points, drive adoption, and prioritize customer-requested features that improve outcomes and satisfaction. They translate regulatory, operational, and customer requirements into clear product requirements, drive data-informed decisions using metrics and feedback, collaborate with UX to deliver intuitive and compliant user experiences, and manage stakeholder expectations while supporting go-to-market activities, customer enablement, and ongoing product adoption.

Role and Responsibilities:

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for risk, compliance, audit, and incident management modules
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders across engineering, security, compliance, audit, and operations to shape requirements and drive well-defined, outcome-oriented product specifications.
Design and optimize incident management workflows, including detection, response, escalation, remediation, and reporting
Lead development of compliance processes aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or similar
Define and automate audit processes, including evidence collection, audit readiness, control testing, and reporting
Build and enhance risk management capabilities, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, mitigation, and monitoring
Translate regulatory and customer requirements into user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
Drive data-driven decision-making using metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback
Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive and compliant user experiences
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress, risks, and dependencies
Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, customer enablement, and documentation
