About Us
Alviras Solutions is a performance-driven digital commerce team helping eCommerce brands grow with clarity, creativity, and purpose. We combine technical excellence with practical execution, improving website foundations, creating content systems, and scaling what works. If you like structured problem-solving, working with data, and building growth that compounds, this role is for you.
About the role
We are looking for a junior SEO Growth Executive who is focused on revenue growth, not just activity. You will work on technical SEO fundamentals, improve collection and product page performance, build internal linking systems, and maintain a keyword-to-page strategy. You will also support organic social publishing to drive discovery and traffic. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Lead and the web/development team to ship fixes and measure impact.
What you'll be doing
· Improve technical SEO foundations: crawl/indexation, canonical strategy, pagination, faceted navigation rules, duplicate content handling
· Work with development to improve Core Web Vitals and site speed (identify issues, write clear tickets, validate fixes)
· Implement and monitor structured data (Product, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Article); validate in testing tools and monitor errors
· Maintain sitemap and robots hygiene; ensure the right pages are indexed and low-value pages are controlled
· Turn audit findings into a prioritized fix list and follow through until fixes are completed and verified
· Optimize collection pages: template copy blocks, FAQs, internal links, and filter/indexation rules for commercial keywords
· Optimize product pages at scale: titles, descriptions, FAQs, schema consistency, and duplicate resolution workflows
· Build internal linking architecture: hubs, related collections, breadcrumbs, and 'people also buy' style pathways
· Maintain keyword universe and map keywords to the right page types (collection, product, blog); keep a rolling impact x effort roadmap
· Execute organic social management: publish planned posts, support discovery, and route sensitive messages/escalations when needed
What you'll need
· 1-3 years of SEO experience (ecommerce preferred)
· Comfort with Google Search Console and basic GA4 reporting for organic performance
· Ability to work with crawl tools and spreadsheets to diagnose indexation, duplicates, and page template issues
· Confidence writing clear development tickets and validating fixes after release
· Strong execution habits: batching work, documenting changes, and tracking outcomes
· Basic writing skills for on-page copy blocks and FAQs with a commercial-intent focus
Must have working knowledge of
· SEO Tooling:
Google Search Console, basic keyword research workflows, and crawl/indexation concepts
· Technical SEO: canonicals, pagination, duplicate control, structured data basics, sitemap/robots fundamentals
· On-page SEO: titles/meta, collection page optimization, internal linking principles
· Reporting:
Google Sheets or Excel for keyword mapping, tracking changes, and reporting
· Organic Social: basic publishing workflows and community/message handling with sensitivity
Good to have working knowledge of
· Shopify (or similar ecommerce platform) and how product/collection templates work
· Core Web Vitals concepts and speed tools (Lighthouse/Page Speed) with the ability to translate findings into tickets
· Schema testing and monitoring tools beyond basics
· Simple HTML/CSS familiarity for on-page fixes and debugging
Key Deliverables
· Track organic performance across priority pages (revenue, clicks, impressions, CTR, top queries)
· Identify SEO growth opportunities via GSC (CTR wins, rising queries, next pages to optimize)
· Log and validate technical SEO fixes (indexation issues, CWV, schema, duplicate control)
· Execute on-page SEO updates across product & collection pages (copy blocks, FAQs, internal links)
· Maintain keyword mapping and prioritize clusters based on impact vs effort
· Build and improve internal linking systems (hubs, related collections, product pathways)
· Contribute to 30-day SEO roadmap with expected outcomes
· Track content updates and measure ranking, traffic, and conversion lift
· Manage organic social publishing and engagement tracking
You'll thrive here if you
· Care about outcomes (rankings, clicks, revenue) more than vanity activity
· Enjoy structured problem-solving and collaborating with dev to ship fixes
· Like building repeatable systems for on-page SEO and internal linking
· Are detail-oriented and track what changed and what improved
· Want to grow into a strong ecommerce SEO and organic growth role
