- We are hiring for  HRIS Support Administrator  role at Sector 73, Noida location.

Purpose:

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Mission:
Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.
Executes and manages tests campaign
Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)
Prepares and performs users trainings
Collects and documents functional requirements from customers
Transforms the requirements into a solution
Participates to Level 2 support within the functional domain
Interacts with end users and supports on complex issues and tasks and troubleshooting, defining and documenting the working instructions and escalate requests to the right technical team
Maintains application(s) configuration
Animates trainings for end users
Works under the supervision of a Senior or Expert BAA
