Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically hands-on  Service Now Technical Manager  with 10+ years of experience to lead high-performing engineering teams in delivering enterprise-grade IT solutions. While the role is open to professionals from diverse technology backgrounds, prior experience with the Service Now platform is highly preferred.
This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes in complex IT environments.

Position Summary

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes in complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical delivery teams responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications.
Ensure high-quality technical execution through architecture reviews, code standards, Dev Ops practices, and automation.
Drive planning and execution of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies in collaboration with Product Owners, QA, and UX teams.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, enabling skill development and continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage project delivery metrics including timelines, budgets, quality, and resource utilization.
Ensure all solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, performance, and compliance standards.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization.

Preferred Expertise
Strong technical experience in Service Now – including ITSM, ITOM,ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or custom scoped applications.
Deep understanding of the Service Now platform architecture, development best practices, and integration capabilities.

Experience with Service Now scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and performance tuning.
Ability to guide Service Now teams on platform governance and optimal design.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise software architecture.
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact IT projects.
