About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital initiatives and drive business growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in multiple areas of digital marketing, and the ability to manage a large, diverse team including SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Content, and Design professionals. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, people management, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

● Define and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

● Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team (SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, etc.).

● Collaborate with senior management to align digital marketing with overall business goals.

● Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and accountability within the team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

● Act as the key point of contact for client communication, ensuring clarity, transparency, and satisfaction.

● Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and tailoring digital strategies accordingly.

● Present customized campaign reports, performance insights, and growth opportunities to clients and leadership.

Campaign Planning & Execution

● Oversee and guide the execution of digital campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, and Content Marketing.

● Monitor campaign performance, ensuring delivery of measurable results (KPIs, ROI, conversions).
● Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

● Develop and deliver customized digital marketing reports covering all aspects of campaigns.

● Analyze data from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, GSC, etc.) to derive actionable insights.

● Establish benchmarks, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions for underperforming campaigns.

Team & People Management

● Manage, coach, and evaluate senior team members, ensuring professional growth and performance excellence.

● Handle resource planning, workload distribution, and performance reviews.

● Encourage collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning across the team.

Key

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong expertise across all digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media, ORM, Content, Email, and Analytics.

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior-level professionals.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

● Proven experience in strategic planning, client communication, and customized reporting.

● Ability to balance technical knowledge with managerial leadership.
