Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an IT Sales Head. The IT Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving revenue targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and providing guidance and training to team members to achieve organizational goals.

The position requires collaboration with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and a drive to expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Information Technology, IT Management, and IT Operations
Expertise in IT Strategy and Infrastructure management
Proven leadership skills, including team management and mentorship capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans and meet ambitious revenue goals
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the IT products and system integration industry is highly preferred
Results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth
