What You’ll Do
Tech Campus Hiring Ownership
- Manage 300-600 annual hires for SDE, Cloud Engineer, Data/ML roles from IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, NSIT & Tier 2/3
- Design tech assessments: coding tests, system design, cloud case studies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Partner with Engineering VPs for skill mapping, interview calibration, offer benchmarking
* Strategic Campus Partnerships
* - Own relationships with
* top 50+
* tech campuses:
Delhi-NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan
- Execute PPTs, hackathons, tech talks, cloud workshops, Git Hub challenges
- Build campus ambassador programs & faculty partnerships
* Tech-First Employer Branding
* - Create Gen-Z content for Linked In, Insta, You Tube: cloud project stories, engineer spotlights, #Tech Life reels
- Position as "Future-First Cloud Company" via digital campaigns, webinars, tech fests sponsor ships
- Track via Glassdoor ratings, Linked In engagement, campus NPS, offer acceptance (target 85%+)
* Data & Innovation Driven
* - ATS mastery (Greenhouse/Workday/Naukri RMS) + AI hiring tools
- Funnel analytics: source ROI, diversity metrics, time-to-hire
- Monthly talent insights: tech skill gaps, competitor campus activity
