What you’ll do

- Track project status across timelines, WIPs, contact reports, and prep for status calls
- Support internal & client briefings, reviews, and follow-ups
- Assist with client presentations, proposals, reports, and day-to-day coordination
- Respond to client requests, capture feedback, and manage internal communication
- Support end-to-end project delivery (print, digital, content) under guidance
- Manage asset delivery by sourcing and aligning inputs for project needs
- Stay curious about client industries and market trends

What you bring

- 2–5 years of experience in account servicing, with exposure to print, digital, and content production
- Basic understanding of financial processes, budgets, and revenue flow
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients
- Team player with a hands-on, proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and escalating issues when needed

Nice to have

- Experience managing or supporting an account servicing team
- Exposure to tourism, travel, luxury, and/or automotive brands
