Key Responsibilities
Outreach Strategy & Campaign Leadership
● Design, plan, and execute large-scale outreach and link-building strategies aligned with SEO and business goals.
● Own the complete outreach lifecycle — research, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, placement, and reporting.
● Define outreach frameworks, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across campaigns.
● Lead outreach initiatives for both English and non-English markets, ensuring geographic and domain diversity.
B2B SaaS Outreach
● Build and execute SaaS-focused outreach strategies targeting tech blogs, SaaS publishers, review platforms, startup ecosystems, and B2B resource sites.
● Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify strategic opportunities (listicles, comparison pages, resource hubs, tools pages, and content placements).
● Drive product-led and data-driven outreach campaigns using SaaS assets such as case studies, reports, templates, tools, and benchmarks.
● Secure backlinks from high-authority, B2B-focused domains across SaaS, cloud, HR tech, martech, fintech, and enterprise software verticals. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Manage, mentor, and upskill outreach executives and project handlers to improve productivity and quality.
● Work closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with overall growth strategies.
● Guide content ideation by identifying linkable asset opportunities based on outreach insights.
Relationship Building & Negotiation
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and webmasters.
● Handle high-level negotiations for placements, partnerships, and collaborations.
● Represent the company professionally with external stakeholders and partners.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
● Define outreach KPIs and success metrics (response rates, placements, domain authority, referral traffic, conversions).
● Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
● Continuously optimize outreach processes, email templates, prospecting methods, and follow-up strategies.
Compliance & Best Practices
● Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and ethical outreach standards.
● Ensure all outreach activities follow white-hat SEO guidelines and brand quality benchmarks.
Requirements
● 8+ years of proven experience in outreach, link-building, or SEO-focused partnerships.
● Strong expertise in planning, executing, and scaling outreach campaigns independently.
● Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink evaluation, and search engine guidelines.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
● Hands-on experience with outreach and SEO tools such as Buzz Stream, Pitchbox, Mailshake, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
● Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple outreach projects simultaneously. Preferred
Qualifications
● Prior experience managing outreach campaigns in B2B SaaS, technology, legal, finance, or healthcare industries.
● Experience with CRM systems, email automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
● Ability to build outreach programs from scratch and scale them across teams and regions.
● Strategic mindset with a balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and execution focus.
