Sr. QA Engineer

Red Doorz, Southeast Asia’s leading hospitality brand, is looking for a  QA Engineer  with  4+ years of hands-on testing experience  to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Drive  end-to-end software quality  across multiple releases.
Create and execute  test plans, test cases, and test scenarios .
Perform testing for  Web and Mobile applications  (Android & iOS).
Conduct  API and Database testing  (must-have).
Execute test cycles, track results, log defects, and coordinate resolutions.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Continuously improve  test coverage, QA processes, and effectiveness .
Ensure high quality while working in an  agile, fast-moving environment .

What We’re Looking For
4-6 years  of hands-on experience in software testing.
Strong understanding of  QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC .

Experience with  multiple testing types and techniques .
Exposure to  automation testing  is a plus.
Knowledge of  security and performance testing  is a plus.
Ability to understand  business requirements  and think both technically and functionally.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable under tight timelines.
