About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various business teams to analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency. You will take full ownership of the reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and business value.
What you’ll do
Work closely with the business teams to analyze and understand reports/data related to business requirements to create Reports & Dashboards
Derive insights and actionable to improve the revenue/profitability of the business
Take complete ownership of the reporting tool/system’s maintenance and security
Create documentation & repository of the logics and table used across the company
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Help in analyzing the country business holistically to aid the Leaders in identifying areas to address in terms of building overall business.
Actively giving business inputs, solutions and ideas about profitability and occupancy by analyzing past trends
Responsible for reporting all key business metrics to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to business plans
Creating daily performance report

What you need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in Hospitality, E-commerce, or a Start-Up environment.
Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects from concept to completion.
Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving change through data-driven insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
