About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect with strong expertise in IaaS, SaaS enablement, Data Consolidation, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade cloud architectures that integrate infrastructure, applications, and data platforms to support AI/ML-driven business transformation. This role requires a balance of deep technical architecture skills, hands-on engineering experience, and strategic leadership in building modern, cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Delivery (IaaS & SaaS)

- Design, architect, and implement cloud-native IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Enable SaaS capabilities including multi-tenancy, subscription management, security, and compliance.
- Define infrastructure-as-code (IaC) patterns using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud platforms for enterprise applications.
- Drive cost optimization, governance, and automation of cloud environments.

Data Consolidation & Management

- Lead design of data consolidation strategies across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
- Implement data lakes, lake houses, and data pipelines to unify enterprise data.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and lineage requirements.
- Enable enterprise analytics and AI/ML workloads through consolidated data platforms.

MLOps & AI/ML Enablement

- Architect and implement MLOps frameworks for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate AI/ML workflows with data lakes, vector databases, and cloud-native pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models at scale.
- Build CI/CD for ML (CI/CD/CT) pipelines ensuring reproducibility and scalability.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Partner with application teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud transformation programs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for cross-functional cloud engineering teams.
- Define best practices, reference architectures, and guardrails for cloud, data, and MLOps delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs on cloud adoption and AI-driven innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Cloud Architect.
- Strong expertise in IaaS platforms (VMs, networking, storage, Kubernetes, security) on AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Proven experience in SaaS solution design (multi-tenancy, subscription management, API-first architectures).
- Deep understanding of data consolidation (data lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT, integration platforms).
- Strong MLOps expertise (Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, Sage Maker, Azure ML, Airflow).
- Hands-on skills with IaC & automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Git Ops).
- Knowledge of Dev Ops & CI/CD for cloud and AI workloads.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost management.
- Familiarity with vector and graph databases for AI-driven use cases a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- MLOps/AI certifications:
Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or vendor-specific AI/ML certifications.
- Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Industry domain exposure in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced certifications in Cloud, Data, or AI/ML highly desirable.
