Job Description:

- Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage SCCM solution for Patch Management & Software Asset Management

• Handle primary/secondary servers and distribution points

• Approve, test, and distribute patches

• Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM/Intune issues

• Performance optimization of SCCM infrastructure

• Ensure patching compliance on endpoints and servers

• Prepare RCA for major incidents

• Maintain and update SOPs and Knowledge Base

• Provide technical support for SCCM deployment & configuration

• Monitor SCCM/Intune 24×7

• Resolve tickets within SLA

• Generate reports, identify frequent issues, and implement fixes

• Collaborate with deployment teams

• Support maintenance, upgrade, and cleanup of SCCM/Intune
Required Skills /

Experience:

✔ Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM
✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Intune
✔ Patch management and compliance experience
✔ Excellent troubleshooting skills
✔ Ability to work in a hybrid environment
✔ Strong documentation & SOP creation.
