We are currently seeking a Transformation Project Manager ( Data & Analytics) to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Summary
The Transformation Project Manager will lead large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on data, analytics, and process optimization. The role requires end-to-end ownership of transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, data strategy, and technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Program Management
Lead and manage enterprise transformation initiatives across data, analytics, and digital platforms
Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption
Ensure transformation outcomes deliver measurable business value
Project & Delivery Management
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, data, IT, and external partners
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and governance updates
Data & Analytics Leadership
Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and BI teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Understand data architectures (data warehouses, data lakes, cloud platforms)
Translate business requirements into data and analytics use cases
Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership
Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision forums
Core Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
8–12+ years of experience in project/program management within transformation initiatives
Strong background in data, analytics, or data-driven transformation programs
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data & Technology Skills
Solid understanding of:
Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT
BI & Analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – preferred)
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Methodologies & Tools
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications (preferred)
Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
Strong risk, dependency, and financial management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
Exposure to industry transformation programs (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.)
Change management or Lean/Six Sigma experience
