Lead RFP drafting and execution for Call Center, Website redevelopment, Online Map Submissions, and AMC for hardware/software.
Coordinate digital service delivery including website functionality, grievance redressed systems, and online platforms.
Prepare SOPs for digital workflows, service tracking, and performance reporting.
Oversee vendor contracts and NICSI-based project implementations.
Document and maintain continuity plans for suspended ERP work in case of future resumption.
Liaise with departments and vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with data security and digital governance norms.
Assess and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, desktops, and software assets.
Manage server uptime, network security, firewall configurations, and regular data backups.
Supervise AMC vendors for timely maintenance, replacement, and support of IT systems.
Provide backend support for digital services including website hosting and online platforms.
Supervise GIS/Online Map Submissions and related technical integrations.
Support troubleshooting of user-level hardware/software issues.
Coordinate installation and deployment of new IT systems and services.
