We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead / Senior Developer with 6–12 years of overall experience, including 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service). The ideal candidate should have strong Java/J2EE development skills and deep knowledge of AEM components such as Edge Delivery Services, Templates, Core Components, and headless implementations.

Proficiency in JCR, Sling, OSGi, REST/Graph

QL APIs, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Vue.js/Angular

JS) is essential.

Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven), and enterprise-scale multilingual site development is highly valued. Exposure to CCMS projects using AEM Guides and DITA, along with experience in solution design, PoCs, and proposal preparation, will be a strong advantage.

What you’ll do:

· Lead AEM Development:
Design, develop, and implement scalable AEM solutions (AEM 6.5 / AEMaaCS) including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

· Architect and Optimize Solutions:
Define architecture, ensure performance, security, and scalability of AEM-based applications, and implement best coding practices.

· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with UI developers, backend engineers, Dev Ops, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

· Integrate Adobe Ecosystem:
Implement and manage integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Analytics, Target, Launch, and Adobe I/O.

· Mentor and Review:
Provide technical guidance to the development team, conduct code reviews, and support solution design, estimations, and PoCs for new initiatives

Your qualifications

Technical

- 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Adobe AEM 6.5 / AEMaaCS (AEM as a Cloud Service) in large scale environments.
- 8-10 years of strong Java / J2EE development hands on experience.
- Strong technical expertise and experience with AEM building blocks including Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Templates, Core components, Style System, Policies, Dialogs, Bundles, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, headless endpoints.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the following: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST / Graph

QL API, Groovy, Java script, Front-end Frameworks, SPA, JSON, HTML5, CSS

- Experience in User Interface development using HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, Type Script. JavaScript, Vue JS, Angular

JS, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, XML and AJAX will be a plus.
- Hands-on proven experience with CCMS based projects using AEM Guides, DITA OT, Oxygent XML will be a huge plus.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
- Extensive experience in developing large multilingual and multinational sites using Adobe AEM and Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics /CJA, Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe I/O

- Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven

- Experience with Search implementation / integration.

- Experience with open-source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate etc.
