Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse requirements and system specifications to design effective test strategies.
Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system and exploratory testing across multiple web applications.
Experienced in identifying, documenting and tracking bugs using Defect Management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and provide input on testability and quality risks.
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing to ensure resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience in manual software testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with test management and bug tracking tools.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good understanding of STLC process
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience testing web applications.

Good To Have Skills

Experience in Defect Management Tool- TFS or JIRA is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL server, able to write basic queries.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies

QA/QE - QA Manual - Qtest, QC, JIRA and other Tools
