Acting as a key escalation point, the role requires strong technical judgment during active incidents, along with the ability to analyze complex security events and drive root-cause resolution. This position works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure security controls are enforced, vulnerabilities are remediated, and network performance supports business-critical applications.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5–8+ years of experience in Network Support, Security Operations, or Managed Services environments, with exposure to L2/L2+ escalation scenarios.
Proven experience supporting firewalls, endpoint security, and network infrastructure in both on premise and cloud environments.
Strong working knowledge of security incident response, malware analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
Responsibilities Security Platform Ownership
• Own and manage the APM SaaS and broader security infrastructure platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools across cloud, endpoint, and network environments.
• Ensure continuous protection, visibility, and threat detection across the security stack. Incident Response & Threat Management
• Respond to malware, ransomware, and security incidents in real time.
• Perform detailed root-cause analysis using endpoint, firewall, and network logs.
• Review vendor advisories and apply security patches, updates, and mitigations promptly. Network Engineering & Security
• Provide advanced support for Aruba Instant On networking, Sonic Wall firewalls, and Check Point SASE/HEC solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize secure connectivity, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Support Ring Central unified communications, ensuring proper QoS and network optimization. Compliance & Risk Management
• Enforce security and compliance standards across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security configurations align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
