AI Search & Organic Growth Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven  AI Search & Organic Growth Specialist  who understands modern search beyond traditional SEO. The role focuses on improving brand visibility across search engines, AI platforms, and generative search results while driving high-quality organic traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Execute SEO strategies focused on organic ranking, traffic growth, and lead generation
Implement  AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)  and  GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)  strategies
Optimize content for AI discovery platforms like  ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity , etc.
Conduct keyword, intent, and competitor research
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimization
Work with marketing and content teams to improve organic visibility
Monitor performance using analytics and prepare growth reports
Implement schema, structured data, and entity-based SEO strategies

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth / Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of  AI-First SEO, AEO, and GEO concepts
Hands-on experience with tools like  Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush , etc.
Familiarity with AI tools like  ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity , or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of website structure and technical SEO

Preferred

Experience in real estate or lead-generation industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
