Traffic Monks is growing, and we’re adding 1 experienced SEO Specialist to our core team of 7+.

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in managing multiple SEO projects in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, analytics, and digital marketing, along with experience leading interns and coordinating with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage on-site SEO for client websites, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
Build and manage high-quality backlinks through guest posts, PR campaigns, and outreach.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on search intent and user personas.
Coordinate with interns and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and GTM.
Develop SEO strategies tailored to different industries and client needs.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
Collaborate with content, social media, and web development teams to drive organic growth.
Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, including site audits and performance optimization.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, link building, guest posting, and PR outreach.
Hands-on experience with analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of customer personas.
Proven ability to manage and mentor interns or junior team members.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong communication skills for client coordination and reporting.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
