Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to execute and manage our digital marketing campaigns, enhance our online presence, and contribute to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging digital channels to reach and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas for campaign improvement.
Manage and optimize website content to improve user experience, search engine visibility, and conversion rates.
Maintain a strong online presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree & Masters in Marketing or related field
Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, including campaign management, content creation, and analytics.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling and concise content.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to enhance organic search performance.
A creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to work with design software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
