About the Product
Times Health is the newest, high-growth wellness venture from Times Internet. We aren’t just building another app — we are leveraging India’s largest media reach to solve the health crisis for 1.4 billion Indians.
Our current core engine is a high-velocity daily yoga program, but our vision is much larger: becoming the primary health destination for every Indian household.
Nutrition is the next big frontier. We’re building a full-stack diet consultation layer that sits alongside our yoga programs — giving users a 360° wellness experience that drives engagement, retention, and monetization.
Role Overview
This section matters, because the top 1% of talent will filter themselves here.
You will be the face of Times Health’s nutrition arm — delivering personalized diet consultations to our user base while directly owning retention and contributing to revenue growth.
Not just advise. Not just consult. Own the user’s health outcome.
This is not a clinic job. This is a tech-first, scale-first role where your clinical expertise meets product thinking, user psychology, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver High-Impact Diet Consultations
Conduct 1:1 and group diet consultations (video/audio/chat) for our subscriber base.
Design personalized meal plans tailored to Indian dietary habits, regional cuisines, and specific health goals (weight loss, PCOS, diabetes management, thyroid, gut health).
Go beyond generic templates — build plans that users actually follow, adapt to, and rave about.
Integrate nutrition advice with the user’s existing yoga/fitness program on Times Health for a holistic wellness experience.
Own User Retention (Primary KPI)
This is your biggest lever.
Drive repeat consultations and sustained user engagement through follow-up protocols, check-ins, and progress tracking.
Identify and reduce drop-off points — understand why users disengage after Week 1 or Week 3 and fix it.
Build “stickiness” through habit formation: weekly meal prep guides, seasonal diet challenges, and community engagement.
Target:
Improve 30-day and 90-day user retention rates for diet-attached subscribers.
Your retention metrics directly influence your performance evaluation and growth trajectory.
Contribute to Revenue Growth (Secondary KPI)
Upsell premium consultation packages, specialized diet programs (e.g., 90-day transformation, pregnancy nutrition, sports nutrition), and bundled wellness plans.
Identify opportunities to attach health supplements, diagnostic tests, or partner products to your consultation flow.
Provide input on pricing and packaging of diet SKUs based on user willingness-to-pay signals you observe first-hand.
Revenue is a secondary but meaningful metric — you won’t be hard-selling, but you will be expected to understand the commercial layer of your role.
Build Scalable Nutrition Content & Frameworks
Create reusable diet templates, meal plan libraries, and condition-specific nutrition guides that can serve thousands of users beyond 1:1 consultations.
Collaborate with the content and product team to develop in-app nutrition features (meal trackers, grocery lists, recipe integrations).
Contribute to community content — short-form nutrition tips, myth-busters, seasonal eating guides, and Q&A sessions.
Feed the Product Loop
Share structured user feedback with the product team — what users ask for, complain about, and love.
