Handle patient calls with empathy and accuracy, ensuring timely triage and documentation.
Monitor remote patient data, apply clinical protocols, and escalate abnormal readings.
Review medical charts, document suspect conditions, and maintain coding accuracy.
Support operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
MBBS degree with 2–3 years of clinical experience.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Comfortable with early morning and overlap shifts (IST: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and EHR systems preferred.
Team‑oriented, detail‑driven, and committed to quality care.
Preferred Experience
Healthcare quality operations or project management involving EHR systems.
