Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HIMS Sales division. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, new business acquisition, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize business growth while reporting on performance metrics and forecasts to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities (Revenue Ownership Rols)

- Own end-to-end sales cycle for HIMS/HIS solutions – from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Lead enterprise hospital sales, including demos, negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Conduct onsite client meetings, presentations, and solution walkthroughs
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare chains
- Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, hospital administrators, IT heads, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years of proven sales experience in healthcare IT solutions or related domain
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments
- In-depth knowledge of Health Information Management Systems and healthcare technology landscape
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) to meet clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualification

- Previous experience selling to hospitals, healthcare providers, or government healthcare organizations
- Existing network of contacts in the Indian healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards

- Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions
- Certifications in healthcare IT or sales management
