Steadfast Nutrition is looking for a Senior Product Manager for its nutraceutical portfolio.
> PMT or Product Management Team is to ensure the entire product lifecycle from scratch to scrap and ensure revenue growth through various market distribution models.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nutraceutical Product Manager based in Noida. The responsibilities include managing and developing nutraceutical product portfolios, leading research and development of new products, overseeing market analysis, and executing strategies for product positioning and promotion. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building relationships with stakeholders to optimize market success.

Qualifications
Product Management and Development skills, including experience managing product life cycles and launching products successfully.
Strong Market Analysis and Strategy Development capabilities to identify opportunities and define growth initiatives for nutraceutical products.
Proficiency in Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Leadership, with the ability to work effectively with R&D, marketing, and sales teams.
Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Quality Standards applicable to the nutraceutical industry.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Educational qualification in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Business Administration.
Experience and understanding of the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
Passion for innovation in health, wellness, and nutrition.
