Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at ICON Nurturing Innocence, located in Ghaziabad. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, implementing curriculum tailored to early childhood education, and fostering a nurturing, engaging atmosphere for young learners. Daily activities include conducting age-appropriate educational activities, communicating effectively with children, colleagues, and parents, and supporting a positive and safe learning environment.

The teacher will be instrumental in fostering the growth and development of each child.

Qualifications
Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design and implement interactive and educational activities.
Proficiency in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching, ensuring developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
Effective Communication skills to foster relationships with young learners, colleagues, and parents.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to nurturing their growth and development.
A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience in a preschool or early learning environment is an advantage.
