Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in English Test Prep, specializing in IELTS, CEFR, and PTE. The SME will design and develop English language test preparation content, ensure compliance with global standards, and provide cutting-edge solutions for the eLearning domain. The role involves training and delivering expertise in English language proficiency, providing support for course implementation, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching, including a strong understanding of IELTS, CEFR, and PTE frameworks.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and students.
Experience in Training and Curriculum Development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.
Prior experience in eLearning or EdTech industries is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
