German Language Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated German Language Trainer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective German language training, developing and refining curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing personalized feedback to learners. A passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and impactful learning environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive German language training sessions.

Develop and continuously update a comprehensive German language curriculum.

Design and conduct mock tests to evaluate learners' proficiency levels.

Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve learner performance.

Offer personalized guidance and support to address individual learning needs.

Implement effective systems to monitor, track, and report learner progress.

Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.

Collaborate with internal teams to align training with broader goals.

Manage training schedules to ensure consistent learning outcomes.

Qualifications

CELTA certification or equivalent in language education.

A Max Muller C1-level certification or higher is highly desirable.

Proven experience as a German Trainer or in a similar instructional role.

Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels.
